Alex Brand Scaling, LLC – Refund & Performance Guarantee Policy
At Alex Brand Scaling, LLC, we are committed to delivering measurable growth for our clients through our Done For You Social Media Management Service. Our service covers every aspect of strategy, scripting, editing, posting, and engagement. The only thing our clients provide is the filming. Because of the level of work and resources invested from the start, all payments are non-refundable, except under the performance-based conditions outlined below.
Terms and Conditions
1. Performance-Based Guarantee
Our guarantee is tied to measurable results. Performance will be evaluated based on:
View Counts (overall reach across Instagram Reels)
Follower Growth (net increase in followers)
If, after three (3) consecutive months of active service, no Measurable Increase (as defined below) in either of these two areas can be demonstrated, you may be eligible for a refund of your service fees for that period.
No other promises, verbal or written, outside of this agreement shall be binding.
2. Minimum Commitment
Enrollment in our Done For You Social Media Management Service requires a non-refundable three (3) month minimum service period. Refunds will not be considered for any client who cancels service prior to completing the initial 3-month period.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments are non-refundable once made, except in cases where the performance-based conditions (outlined in Section 1) are not met.
Only payments made directly to Alex Brand Scaling, LLC are eligible for refund consideration.
The client is solely responsible for all third-party costs (including, but not limited to, ad spend, influencer collaborations, boosted content, software subscriptions, or content production expenses). These amounts are not refundable under any circumstance.
4. Pause Option
We understand business circumstances may change. Clients are permitted to request a pause in service (for up to one (1) month) if needed. During a pause, billing may be suspended, but no refunds will be issued for prior payments.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:
The client has completed the 3-month minimum service period.
The client has provided filmed content as often as agreed upon between the client and Alex Brand Scaling, LLC.
The client has complied with all agreed-upon service terms, including providing requested materials, approvals, and responses.
No Measurable Increase in view counts or follower growth occurred during the service period.
Failure to uphold client responsibilities will render the guarantee void.
6. Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@alexbrandscalingllc.com within seven (7) days after the conclusion of the 3-month service period.
Requests will be reviewed and evaluated based on performance metrics. If approved, refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days using the original payment method.
Acknowledgment
By enrolling in Alex Brand Scaling, LLC’s Done For You Social Media Management Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Performance Guarantee Policy.
Definition of “Measurable Increase”
(also referred to in this agreement as “Measurable Growth,” “Measurable Results,” or “Measurable Improvement”):
For the purpose of this agreement, “Measurable Increase” shall mean any positive change in follower count or average reel/video view count, as reported by Instagram’s native analytics dashboard, during the 3-month minimum service period. Even minimal positive growth shall constitute a Measurable Increase.
